How Do Pickup and Group Timings Work?
Complimentary pickup is available within 3 km of the Petronas Twin Towers. If your accommodation is outside this standard area, meet at the Rolex Boutique at Suria KLCC. Driver details are normally sent by WhatsApp by 9:00 PM the evening before travel; keep your phone available and be ready at the confirmed point.
Shared collection times can vary because of traffic and other guests, so avoid scheduling a fixed activity immediately before or after the tour. The return point is the Petronas Twin Towers, and hotel drop-off is not included.
What Should You Know Before Booking?
