These conditions will be applicable only for tour arrangements booked with the Company. Once you book your tickets with us, it means that you have accepted our Terms and Conditions in a correct manner. All references in these conditions such as “booking”, “tour” or “arrangements” mean the tour arrangements and do not specify anything particular. Please ensure to read these Terms and Conditions carefully to understand your rights.
By accessing and using the Exotic Asia Holidays website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
The contract placed between the Client (“you”) and the Company is important to us. We assure that the contract placed between us will not be revealed to any private third parties. Exotic Asia Holidays will stand with our customers in matters of dispute, claims, or issues arising between us. However, we are not responsible for problems caused in your personal matters. No employee of the Company other than a Director has the right to vary or omit any of these terms. No promises of discounts or promotions will be honored unless confirmed in writing.
3.1. Exoticasiaholidays.com.my grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To secure a reservation, Exotic Asia Holidays requires payment to be fully made when booking using our official website. This is applicable to all of our tour packages. You must review the booking conditions and general information for your selected tour package. By paying in full online, clients have an efficient booking experience, quicker processing, and confirmation of their chosen travel deals. Any questions regarding the booking process may be explained over the phone or by email.
All tour package payments have to be paid in full when booking via our secure online system. This applies across all bookings, regardless of package duration or type. Customers can select payment from the available online payment options presented on our site for the convenience and security of every transaction.
7.1. By booking tours or transfers on our website, you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
7.2. Prices and availability are likely to vary. While we make every effort to offer accurate information, we cannot guarantee correctness or availability of all services.
7.3. Payment processing is according to the policy of the payment gateway provider. We cannot be held responsible for any issue with payment.
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your booking, please email or WhatsApp us and provide proof of payment. Minor alterations will only be allowed under extraordinary emergency situations. We will not enterntain frequent changes.

We carefully organize every tour package. Exotic Asia Holidays shall be liable for our staff, agents, and suppliers while you are in travel. We cannot be held liable for any violence or criminal activity during your travel. You are advised to act diligently and enjoy your holiday trip. Customers should be responsible and never engage in illegal activities.

We request all our customers to stay away from smoking at the time of travel. Smoking can really kill the lives of you and others. Smoking is prohibited in vehicles arranged by Exotic Asia Holidays.
