CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund will be issued if the tour has been cancelled at least two (2) days prior to the event.

HOW DO I GET MY CONFIRMATION ?

A confirmation voucher will be sent to you via email after you make the payment online. 

MEET UP AREA FOR TOURS ?

Meet up location is at the Harriston Boutique – MATIC.

You may reach this place by a cab or by monorail. For those who are taking monorail kindly get down at Bukit Nanas Station which is just a 3 minutes walk to MATIC. You will be given a video guidance on how to get there, one day before the booking.

You will be dropped off at the Petronas Twin Towers after the tour ends.

​WHERE TO WAIT AND HOW MY DRIVER WILL RECOGNIZE ME ?

Your driver details will be sent via WhatsApp by 9 p.m. one (1) day before the tour. Kindly be ready at the meet up location, 10 minutes before the tour starts. Our driver will contact you once they have arrived. If you can’t find the driver, kindly contact us through the number stated on the booking confirmation voucher.

As this is a shared transfer, early or late pickup will be possible. The standard waiting time is only 5 minutes, and it will be considered “No Show” if you are not at the lobby on time.

​WHAT TO BRING ?

Camera & some cash for personal expenses if you intend to buy souvenirs. You are advised to wear sensible shoes, sunscreen, and caps or hats.

​REFUNDS ?

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the activity.
